Becky is a nationally recognised journalist, copywriter, and therapeutic coach based in Burnham-on-Sea. Holistic wellbeing

Holistic wellbeing is also incredibly important to my work ethos. As a certified therapeutic art coach, I offer calming Reiki and Therapeutic writing sessions. My training is accredited by the IPHM + ACCPH. Private 1-1 Reiki treatments and therapeutic writing sessions are available, along with dedicated in-house workplace wellbeing visits for busy professionals, staff, and much more. I would love to hear from anyone keen to work with me in a wellbeing-related capacity.

Who can benefit from holistic wellbeing:

• Events and in-house workplace wellbeing sessions.
• Those living with chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, stress, anxiety, burnout, or loneliness.

• Children and young adults who feel stressed, anxious, have low confidence, and experience emotional regulation or sleep issues.

Please note: Therapeutic coaching and Reiki are both intended as calming and relaxing holistic wellbeing services and are under no circumstances a replacement for expert medical advice or professional mental health care. Under-18s are welcome to enjoy Reiki and can often find it beneficial in many ways, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their appointment, without exception.

An ongoing commitment to charitable events and causes

Maintaining a sense of community spirit and providing much-needed support to local charities are high on my agenda. It is my firm belief, through personal experience, that you can’t pour from an empty cup. This is why, once a month, I offer a fully complimentary Reiki treatment to employees of one of our many hardworking local charities.
