E24 is our modern, beautiful, double glazed and central heated ABI Ashcroft caravan for hire at Unity Beach in Brean near Burnham-On-Sea Somerset.
Sleeping 8 guests, our caravan at has 3 bedrooms and a pull-out double bed in the living room. The spacious master bedroom has fitted wardrobes, a TV, DVD player and en-suite. The two twin bedrooms each have a TV and DVD player, along with a selection of family/children’s DVDs included. All bedrooms have USB sockets.
Quilts and pillows are provided, but bed linen is not. However, bed linen can provide it at an additional charge.
The full working, greatly equipped kitchen includes a toaster, microwave, gas oven, fridge/freezer, kettle etc., along with all the kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery you may need. We also provide an iron and table ironing board.
The spacious, carpeted living room has a flat screen Smart TV and Blu-ray player. Beautiful French doors open out onto a spacious, enclosed decking, complete with Rattan furniture. There’s also a separate side decking with dining table and chairs.
In addition to the two decking areas, we have a private, fenced and grassed garden, with outdoor furniture for those long summer evenings. There is also space for 2 vehicles (both car passes included).
Gas and electricity is included in the rental price (fair usage policy).

Without a pass you can still use all of the local entertainment/bars/restaurants in Brean including; Wonky Donkey, Breakers, The Sunspot, Sundowner, The Place, Krackers and Ocean bars that will all be open along the Coast Road. Plus the seven miles of lovely beach across the road of course.
A travel cot is available to hire.
Please Note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS – this is to accommodate guests with allergies.
To secure your chosen dates, we will require £100 non-refundable deposit and ask that the remaining balance is paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. We also request a £100 Care Bond which is refunded within 7 days of the end of the hire on confirmation that the caravan has been left damage free.
