    Dynamic, expanding, internationally-trading Water Treatment Company seeks a full-time, enthusiastic permanent Project Office Administrator to support the busy Projects Team.

    Your varied duties & responsibilities would include:

    • Providing general administrative assistance across the Projects Team
    • Supporting the team in obtaining quotations on items that have been specified by the Projects Team
    • Checking pricing matches schedules prior to ordering
    • Preparing and sending out purchase orders
    • Working with suppliers to ensure delivery deadlines are met
    • Assisting with the production of Critical Spares list for Projects
    • Collating, printing and uploading documentation for Project Manuals
    • Assisting with production of detailed packing and delivery notes for plant dispatch
    • Prepare Work Packs, communicating with the Workshop
    • Other duties as appropriate

    We are passionate about what we do and how we do it so to be considered for the role, you would ideally need to be likewise and be able to demonstrate that you

    –              Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    –              Are highly organised

    –              Believe in providing a high level of customer service at all times

    –              Have a good level of competency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, i.e. working with formulas, cell formatting and linking spreadsheets and worksheets

    –              Experience of MS Project would be advantageous but training would be provided if necessary

    –              Have a good eye for detail and are able to achieve a high level of accurate data entry

    –              Preferably have previous experience of working in a busy multi-function role

    –              And the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

    Hours – 35 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
