Burnham-On-Sea police and fire crews were called to a 3am accident in East Huntspill early this morning (Sunday).
Crews from Burnham-On-Sea and Bridgwater were called to Burtle Road in East Huntspill at 3.09am where a van had left the road and ended up in a ditch.
A fire spokesman said: “One appliance from Bridgwater and one from Burnham-On-Sea were sent following a call from the Police, requesting assistance at a road traffic collision.”
“Upon arrival crews found a a one-vehicle collision, with an adult male trapped within a car. Crews released the male uninjured and made the scene safe.”
