Ducklings at Apex Leisure Park herald Spring’s arrival in Burnham

Signs of Spring are emerging all around Burnham – and no more so than at Apex Leisure Park where this cute family of ducklings was spotted on Sunday.

Walkers at the park have been transfixed by the 15 newly hatched ducklings and their two proud parents feeding in the reed beds at the edge of the lake.

The new family is one of several at the park, which appears to be thriving after another mild winter.

One walker at the park, Sally Newton from Taunton, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “The ducklings are just so incredibly cute.”

“We heard they were here and came across from Taunton especially to see them – our three year-old absolutely adores them!”
