An air ambulance landed in Burnham-On-Sea on Friday evening (May 31st) to help a patient during a medical emergency.
The yellow Dorset and Somerset air ambulance landed on the Bay Centre playing fields in Cassis Close Road at 8.50pm, as pictured here.
Paramedics onboard assisted an ambulance crew with a patient in nearby Marine Drive and then returned to the aircraft shortly afterwards.
The helicopter lifted off with a patient onboard who was taken to hospital.
