Two young Burnham-On-Sea gymnasts are celebrating this week after competing in a regional tournament.
“It’s been another amazing result for Monarchs who gained a place at the National Championships after finishing in first place in the South West Prelims,” Mandy Warburton from Highbridge’s Monarchs Gymnastics Club told Burnham-On-Sea.com:
“Toby Baker and Jack Hunt entered this competition as part of the south west team and they won bronze medals, finishing in 3rd place in Great Britain at grade 5 men’s pairs.”
“They first had to qualify for this competition in a competition for the whole of the south west by coming first, so did really well.”
