Delicious cream teas will be served up to raise funds for St Margaret’s Hospice during a special event taking place on Saturday (August 8th).
The annual event will be held from 2.30pm-5pm at White Lodge, 36 Rectory Road, where the large garden will be decked out with gazebos and marquees.
“There will be cream teas plus cakes, a raffle, books, bric a brac and more,” said one of the organisers. Tickets cost £5 and are available on the day.
St Margaret’s Hospice is a charity that provides free care, advice and support to people with an illness that is no longer responsive to curative treatment.
