A quiz night will be held at Burnham-On-Sea’s Ritz Social Club this evening (Friday, July 17th) in aid of a life-saving charity.
The fundraiser, starting at 7pm, is being held to raise funds for BARB Search & Rescue, the long-running Burnham charity.
The evening will see a fun quiz of six rounds plus a picture quiz. Teams of all sizes will be welcome and there will be a mid-evening raffle along with refreshments.
BARB operates two rescue hovercrafts and an inshore rescue boat that was used extensively during the flooding across Somerset in 2013 and 2014.
