Burnham-On-Sea police have detained four people after a rugby pitch in the town was damaged at the weekend.
Burnham officers held four people at the town’s BASC Ground after damage was caused to the pitches at Burnham Rugby Club using an uninsured vehicle.
Deep tyre tracks were left across the muddy pitches, as pictured here, angering the club’s players.
