Local art group Highbridge and Burnham Artists (HaBA) will be holding its AGM next week.
The group of local artists – who have organised a number of family orientated community arts events in Apex Park – will hold their annual meeting at Burnham Community Centre in Berrow Road on Thursday 20th October at 7pm.
“Any local artists or those interested in the arts and helping with our annual arts festival are very welcome to come along and join us,” the group’s Margaret Micklewright told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
This year’s three-day event, pictured above, was called ‘Alice at the Apex’ and used Alice in Wonderland as a theme and many people enjoyed visiting a selection of sculptures depicting characters from the stories.
Despite being hampered by poor weather, a further day’s activities was re-scheduled in September when a one-day follow-up event was held in Burnham.
