Police and ambulance crews were called to the A38 on the outskirts of Burnham-On-Sea on Monday morning (July 14th) after a collision.
Traffic was heavy on the approach to the Edithmead roundabout following the crash just before 10am, pictured here.
A police spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “At 9.56am we were informed of a collision on Bristol Road. Two vehicles were involved.”
The road was partially blocked while the emergency services dealt with the incident and the road was clear again by 10.40am. There were not believed to have been any serious injuries.
