Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge Town Council will hold its Annual Towns Meeting today (Monday, 25th April) when residents will be able to hear about its work over the past year.

The event – starting from 6.30pm in The Princess Theatre and Arts Centre in Princess Street – will be preceded by an opportunity to find out more about what is happening in the community by viewing several projects that the Town Council manages or supports through grants.

Any parishioner attending the meeting has the opportunity to ask questions on issues relating to the two towns.

“The Parish meeting is an opportunity for parishioners on the Electoral Roll to raise any matters of concern to them that relates to their local community,” said Town Clerk Denise Emery.

There will be talks on Burnham-On-Sea Gig Rowing Club, Fritzlar Twinning Society, In Charley’s Memory and Burnham Food & Drink Festival.
