Burnham-On-Sea’s streets will soon be bursting into colour – and organisers of the town’s annual Burnham In Bloom competition are urging residents to join in by making it the most colourful year yet.
Businesses and home owners across Burnham are being encouraged to enter by Burnham in Bloom organiser Dave Perrett (pictured).
“We are now open to entries for the local competition and there are many categories for people or businesses who have gardens large or small. We need as many people as possible to enter,” he told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
Trophies and certificates will be presented to the best entries in the local competition later in the year – and the entries will also help the town’s entry in the regional Britain in Bloom contest.
Entry forms are available now from Burnham-On-Sea Tourist Information on the town’s Esplanade. They need to be completed and handed in by the end of June.
