A fundraising beer and cider festival is being held at a pub near Burnham-On-Sea this weekend.
The Brent Knoll Inn in Brent Road, East Brent is holding the four day event between May 27th and May 30th, when a wide selection of cask ales and ciders will be on sale.
On Bank Holiday Monday (May 30th), the pub will also hold its annual charity tug-of-war at 3pm with the proceeds going to Burnham hovercraft rescue charity BARB. A cash prize of £100 is up for grabs for the winning team, which must include six people. To register a team, call 01278 760335.
A spokeswoman told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “The event promises to be a lot of fun and we look forward to welcoming lots of visitors throughout the weekend.”
