Burnham-On-Sea firefighters were called to tackle a garden fire at a home in the town on Sunday (April 13th).
One fire appliance was sent to Rosewood Avenue at around 2.50pm after plumes of thick black smoke were seen rising over the town, as pictured here.
A spokesman said a hot tub cover had accidentally set alight after being ignited by a garden bonfire, causing the blaze.
Crews used several water jets to fully extinguish the fire and prevent it spreading.
