A three-hour free workshop on comedy drama will be held at Burnham-On-Sea’s Princess Theatre on Saturday (December 2nd).

Organised by The Princess Theatre Company, the event will run from 10am-1pm and will be led by award-winning comedian Michelle Graham-McMorrow.

“Michelle would love to live in a world where everyone has the mantra of improvisation – accept and build,” says a spokesperson.

“She is a creative dance and drama facilitator with over 20 years experience, she trained with Jezebelle Theatre Bristol and is currently a member of the UKs longest running all female improvisation troupe The Short and Girlies.”

“Over the years she has run several ‘Short and Girlie’ workshops at festivals and fringes in Brighton, Bristol, London, Coventry, Newcastle.”

“She has performed at venues including Komedia Brighton, the Oval house London and Grenwich picture house, bringing the joy of improvisation to the nation.”

“Michelle will take us into the world of comedy drama through improvisation. The workshop is free and suitable for anyone 16+. No experience of acting, comedy or any sort of performance is needed. Just bring yourself!” Register for the event here.
