37-year-old man arrested after drugs raid in Highbridge

Police arrested a 37 year-old man following a drugs raid at this property in Highbridge this morning (Tuesday, June 8th).

A drugs warrant was executed at Bishop’s Place in the town centre and the man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a Class A drug.

A number of items that police believed are stolen were also seized by officers.

PCSOs carried out patrols in the area to provide community reassurance and obtain further intelligence.

“Anyone with any information about drug dealing is asked to contact police on 0845 456 7000 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111,” Burnham Police’s Sgt Ian Kennett told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
