150 bargain hunters flock to fundraising fashion show in Highbridge

-

Over 150 bargain hunters flocked to King Alfred School in Highbridge last night (Thursday, February 6th) for a fundraising fashion show.

Organised by Burnham-On-Sea Rotary Club and the Inner Wheel Club, the seventh annual event was hailed a success after raising hundreds of pounds for local charities.

“We had a very good turnout of ladies despite the wet weather outside,” the Inner Wheel’s Debbie March told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

“The event had a dual purpose of raising money for charity and there were also some terrific bargains to be had.”
