Burnham’s Mayor and Mayoress were among 150 guests at Burnham Area Evening Flower Club’s annual Christmas meeting this week.
The event, held at The Princess Theatre, saw national demonstrator Sandy Bailey, pictured right, present a demonstration called ‘Pleasures Unwrapped’.
“Sandy filled the stage with her seasonal designs using beautiful flowers and accessories, making the theatre full of colour,” said a spokesperson.
All the flowers used during the evening went into a raffle which was drawn at the end of the evening. An exhibition of members’ work was also on display together with a sales table.
