More than 20 members of the Burnham and Highbridge Gateway Club pulled on their hiking boots recently to take part in a sponsored walk at Apex Leisure Park.
The group – which included members and helpers – were fortunate to have good weather as they strode out around the lakes to raise money for the club.
Gateway chairman Arthur Thorogood told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “It was a great afternoon – all those taking part had a superb time and we’re expecting to have raised several hundred pounds.”
