The Burnham-On-Sea area is set to swelter for another two weeks, forecasters say, as water companies urge customers to use less water.

Forecasters predict high pressure will continue across much of Britain throughout the next two weeks, “bringing plenty more very warm sunshine”.

Temperatures in Burnham-On-Sea reached 29.9°C at 3.33pm on Monday (July 2nd), while the hottest day of the current heatwave in our area was 30.1°C at 4.20pm on June 26th.

The Burnham-On-Sea weather forecast shows that more hot weather is on the way during the next two weeks.

Residents are being urged to conserve water by water companies, who are concerned at rising usage in the hot weather.
