A new shop selling vintage furniture and homeware has opened in Burnham-On-Sea this week.
Mayor and Mayoress Martin and Arlene Cox were the special guests at Sunday’s ribbon-cutting ceremony to formally open Magpie Vintage in Victoria Street.
Owner Sharon Howard said: “I love vintage items and have always wanted to open a shop here in Burnham selling vintage furniture and homeware items. I have had a lot of great support from friends and family leading up to the opening.”
Mayor Cllr Cox said: “It’s great to see the wide variety of shops in Burnham continuing to grow, attracting more shoppers. This shop is a lovely addition to our town centre.”
