Dozens of Minis to parade through Burnham-On-Sea for charity

-

A parade of minis will take place through Burnham-On-Sea today (Saturday, August 5th) when a fundraising car event takes place.

The Bristol Mini Drifters are holding the new charity event, called ‘Under A Mini Moon’, in aid of the ‘Make A Wish Foundation’.

“Come and join us for a fun packed day, open to the public, from 1pm until 6pm and help us raise funds for this great cause,” said Gary Taylor.

The event will take place at Westbrook Farm Touring Park in Harp Road, Brent Knoll, where they will be trade stands, displays, a show & shine competition, kids area, food stalls and more.

Gary added: “We are expecting the mini to parade through Burnham High Street between 11.30am and 12pm on Saturday 5th and we will be coming from Brean through Berrow and into Burnham.”

“We have the ‘World fastest mini’ attending the event on the day, with the ‘Mini Quattro’ recently winning the ‘dastest mini in the world’ race at Brands Hatch early in July.”
