Highbridge couple Ron and Doreen Fisher have celebrated their golden wedding anniversary with a celebration at the latest Burnham-On-Sea Moose International group meeting, where Ron is a past Governor.
Ron and Doreen were presented with a framed photo from their wedding 50 years ago to mark the occasion.
Doreen was presented with a bouquet of flowers by the group’s Lady President Pat Burge and congratulated by lodge asecretary Terry Cornelius and Governor Jim Dolan
Burnham Moose spokesman Mike Lang said: “Both Doreen and Ron are still very active within the community and are a well liked couple!”
