Police appeal following collision on A38 between Burnham and Bridgwater

Police are appealing for witnesses to a two car collision on the A38 between Burnham-On-Sea and Bridgwater earlier this week.

The incident happened at 9pm on Bank Holiday Monday, 26th August on the A38 Pawlett.Road.

A Police spokesman said: “A grey Audi A5 was in collision with a red Peugeot 2008, which is thought to have been following a combine harvester. The Audi was in collision with the rear of the Peugeot.”

“Two people injured in the collision were taken to Musgrove Park Hospital with minor injuries and released after treatment.”

“We’re keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident who may have information to help our enquiries.”

“We would like to hear from anyone who may have dash cam or mobile footage of the incident.”
