A Burnham-On-Sea pensioner who went missing and sparked a police search on Monday (February 27th) has been found safe and well.
73-year-old Maurice Jouxson was seen leaving his home at around 3.15pm on Monday.
But he was then not seen for over four hours, prompting a search operation in the town.
A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Constabulary said for medical reasons, they “were concerned for his well-being.”
But officers reported just after 8pm on Monday evening that he had been found safe and well.
