-

Burnham-On-Sea’s Mayor cut a ribbon to open a new bridal shop in the centre of the town on Saturday (May 31st).

Primrose Place Bridal Boutique opened in Chapel Street, run by Burnham resident Sasha Walters.

“The new shop sells a wide range of gorgeous new designer bridal dresses, bridesmaids and mother of the bride dresses,” she said.

“We also offer a wide range of accessories, fascinators, forever bouquets (artificial and brooch bouquets) and bags.”

The shop has also teamed up with Nick Tolley photography, beautician Hannah Rimes, florist Daisy’s Flowers and cake maker Duscia Roberts to offer packages of local wedding services.

Burnham and Highbridge Mayor Cllr Martin Cox added: “We have a very vibrant town centre in Burnham and the opening of this shop is a great addition. I wish Sasha all the very best for her new venture.”
