Over 200 people attended a fundraising Medieval Ball in aid of East Huntspill’s Secret World Wildlife Rescue Centre on Saturday evening (November 26th).
The event at The Webbington Hotel saw supporters turn up in a range of colourful Medieval-themed costumes, as pictured here.
Secret World Founder Pauline Kidner said: “The ball was our twelfth to be staged and is our largest fundraising event of year.”
“All proceeds from the evening will go directly towards the rescue, rehabilitation and rescue of injured and orphaned wildlife.”
Professional toastmaster Roger Knight was the compere and auctioneer for the evening. The guests were entertained by local band ‘Nine Lights’ and a group of fighting knights!
