A Christmas fair will be held in Berrow tiday (Sunday, 23rd November) to raise funds for a Somerset cancer charity.

The annual ‘Shop for a Cure for Christmas’ is being organsied for Somerset Breakthrough Breast Cancer Group and will be held from 10.30am-3pm in Berrow Village Hall.

Organiser Holly MacBeth told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Entry will be free and we will have a wide range of stalls selling a great line-up of Christmas crafts and gifts.”

“Stall holders will be displaying an assortment of items such as cider, handmade cards, jewellery, sock monkeys, chocolate, wooden toys and puzzles, ceramic decorations, cup cakes, Reiki healing, scarves, decorations, crafts, pottery, hair accessories, face painting and temporary tattoos plus much more!”

“We also have a very special singing Snow Princess and Queen plus a special guest for the boys! They will be our guests for the day & you can even have your photo taken with them at certain times throughout the day!”

There will also be hot refreshments, a charity raffle, a family photo area, tombola and face painting plus more.

The group also has a few tickets left for its ‘A night at the big top’ charity ball on 6th December at the Batch Country House Hotel in Lympsham. Tickets are £40 and include a three-course meal, a drink on arrival, Riverbrew band and a disco, auction and raffle plus surprises on the night. Tickets are available on 07738405085.
