This was the impressive scene over Bridgwater Bay on Monday evening (April 28th) as a series of heavy storms swept through the Burnham-On-Sea area.
Burnham experienced hail, heavy rain and even rumbles of thunder during a changeable day of Spring weather. The Met Office issued a yellow warning for heavy rain.
The wet weather was highly localised with several villages inland having a dry day.
