After years of talking about the idea, two former King Alfred School pupils took the big step to set up their own business together in The Clock Tower of the former girls school in East Brent.
Much to the pair’s delight, their business grew extremely quickly and they were very soon looking for a new premises for their growing enterprise.
Charlotte Darlison (Wynn) and Cathlyn Fryer (May) found themselves in an exciting position when the opportunity arose for them to relocate to the extremely well-known JSB Team located at 23, Berrow Road in Burnham-On-Sea.
“We were extremely excited for The Retreat when this opportunity came along, it was a real privilege for us to be asked to work along Justine and her Team at JSB,” Cathlyn told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
Within a month of discussions the salon was set up and running, accommodating their own growing client base and new clients at JSB.
Both therapists have been in the industry for over 18 years working a majority of their careers in award-winning salons in Head Therapist positions.
Bringing a vast experience and a high level of professionalism to their roles, Charlotte and Cathlyn bring a new level of knowledge and treatments with them to the new location.
“Client care is so important to us, we want every client to feel like the only client of the day. We spend lots of time researching and keeping up to date with our industry trends, whilst maintaining and excellent standard across all of our treatments and therapies,” she adds.
“At The Retreat you will find Brands such as Jessica, Lycon, Mii Cosmetics and Dermalogica to name a few. The Retreat has plans in introduce new treatments and products line to their treatment menu in the coming few months.” See more here.
