Residents in the Burnham-On-Sea area have been warned to expect more heavy rain today (Saturday).
The Met Office has issued an amber warning for the Burnham area for heavy rainfall and strong winds, as shown on the map here.
A spokesman said: “Further persistent rain will spread across the area on Saturday, turning heavy at times, especially later. Given existing levels of saturation, the public should be prepared for localised flooding.”
It comes after several days of flooding in the Burnham area, as pictured here, in which fire crews have been busy and a pub in Brent Knoll was flooded.
