A successful community clean-up was held in West Huntspill on Saturday morning (March 28th).

Residents rolled up their sleeves to take part in the bi-annual ‘clean sweep’ to clear up public areas of the village.

“It was a great result for the event, despite some rain. Approximately 20 bags of rubbish were collected,” one of the organisers, Alex Richards, told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

“Thanks go to Sedgemoor District for their continued support by supplying bags and arranging collection of the rubbish.”
