A group of swimmers from Burnham-On-Sea Swimming Club scooped 25 medals during a very successful competition earlier this week.
The eleven youngsters, aged from 9-15, travelled to Hutton Moor Leisure Centre in Weston to enter the Clevedon and Chard Open Meet.
“They had a very good meet, coming away with 25 medals and 27 individual best times,” the club’s David Pusill told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“For some of them it was their first open meet and they were not sure what to expect, but they enjoyed it and will be entering another one in September.”
