Monarchs Gymnastics Club is celebrating a superb weekend of success after 31 of its gymnasts travelled to Wales for the West Street Invitational, returning with an impressive haul of medals across two days of competition.
The Burnham‑On‑Sea based club saw strong performances throughout the event, with athletes delivering confident routines and securing podium places in multiple categories.
Day one saw gold medals for Sanae, Margot, Mya, Myrtle and Freya. Silver medals were awarded to Katherine, Lacey, Shannon, Jasmine, Edee, Carla, Erin, Jorgie, Seren, Ava and Imogen, while bronze medals went to Raegan, Marnie, Regan, Ava, Katie, Evie, Poppy, Aeesha and Ava.
On day two, Lilah and Indi claimed gold, with Victoria, Skye, Rosie and Olivia earning silver.

A spokesperson for the club said the gymnasts’ determination and teamwork had shone throughout the weekend. “A massive well done to every single athlete — your determination, teamwork and talent truly shone all weekend. We are incredibly proud of how you represented Monarchs.”
Thanks were also given to judges Naomi and Alice for supporting the team, along with the club’s coaching staff for guiding the gymnasts to such strong results.
Monarchs Gymnastics continues to welcome new members, offering classes from toddler sessions to recreational and competitive pathways.
