L&F Training in Highbridge to hold two free mental health workshops for residents

L&F Training in Highbridge are running two free mental health workshops starting on Tuesday April 14th that local residents can book onto.

The free mental health online workshops will be run during April by Sarah Miller, a trained Psychotherapist who specialises in working with families, children and young people.

The workshops are being organised by L&F Training in association with SS&L using community funding to enable them to be delivered them ‘free’ to attendees.

L&F’s Gillian Dewsbury says: “We are continuing to offer our services in support of the local community during the unprecedented times we are finding ourselves in.”

“As part of this support, L&F have published the most up-to-date information and government guidelines on our website here.”

“L&F also have a team of individuals offering free support and advice in a number of areas to include support with business contingency planning post Coronavirus, with CV templates, writing and advice on alternative careers.”

“To access this free support, individuals and businesses can simply email L&Fs finance and business development team via the website.”

“L&F are also offering an extensive list of accredited short courses with the Skills Network due to be released next week, for all those aged above 14.”

“These courses are priced at cost to enable individuals the opportunity to improve their education and keep mentally active during these challenging times.”

“With L&F offering a simple message to all of ‘Stay Home, Safe Safe, Stay active and embrace the opportunity to up skill by engaging in education’!”
