Burnham-On-Sea care home raises £150 for town’s RNLI lifeboats

A Burnham-On-Sea care home has raised over £150 for the town’s lifeboats by holding an afternoon of fun.

A bucket challenge at Broughton Lodge Care Home in Burnham-On-Sea saw £150.45 raised by three of the home’s staff.

The money was raised at a fun afternoon, enjoyed by residents, family and friends, who enjoyed a sunny event with tea in the care home’s garden.

Manager Linda Mcloughlin says: “We are very happy to donate this to our local RNLI.”
