Music with Mummy is a structured programme for Babies, Toddlers and Pre-school children (birth to 5 years).

Jolly Babies birth to approximately 15 months, Music with Mummy (Group 1) – 1-2.5 years, cand Three Four Time 3-5 years.

There are 4 groups to choose from. Jolly Babies (birth to approximately 15 months). Jolly Babies is a gentle introduction to music for babies under 1 year. In the classes we sing to the babies, using signing, musical movement, small age appropriate percussion instruments and fun props such as balls, bubbles, scarves, finger puppets, lights and many more.

When Baby reaches one they will then move up to Music with Mummy (Group 1)  for 1-2.5 years, and then onto Music with Mummy (Group 2) – 2.5 years – 4 years.For those children who are a bit older we have Three Four Time for 3-5 years.

In these classes we have a different topic each half term and a different musical concept.

Classes are run by trained franchisees who have been carefully selected for their suitability. Classes are kept small, therefore advanced booking is essential. Groups are run all over the UK and in many other English speaking countries. The local coordinator for the Bridgwater and Burnham-On-Sea area is Sarah Cole, who has been running classes locally for nearly 20 years.

Music with Mummy in Burnham & Bridgwater has been running since September 2004. There are classes in Burnham-On-Sea and in nearby villages and towns.

The Music with Mummy programme will take your child on a musical journey from birth, all the way through the pre-school ages.

The structured weekly music classes use baby songs and fun activities for children to encourage listening and social skills, so essential not only in music but in all other areas of learning. They will develop a sense of rhythm, which will also help with learning and speech development. The fabulous music and songs for babies and children are an eclectic mixture of traditional tunes that are unique to our delightful programme. Watch your child grow in confidence as they come each week and take part in our small, friendly classes full of music, educational games and fun activities.
