Holiday Resort Unity is one of the most popular family holiday destinations in the UK’s South West. You’ll find us just outside Burnham On Sea in sunny Somerset.
Self catering accommodation here is offered in carefully equipped lodges or villas or you can choose to stay in a premier caravan. Holidays here are so easy, with accommodation to suit every budget, look at our special offers and discounts available.
Holiday Resort Unity is situated close to the beach, Brean has a 5 mile sandy beach. Also enjoy the facilities of Brean Leisure Park where there are rides and amusements galore to entertain the kids, including swimming pools, the famous Piglet Club, play areas.
There’s also a host of activities and great places to visit nearby for both children and grown-ups. And remember, if self catering to Mum means eating out, then give her a break from the cooking and treat her to the great, tasty food available at our many restaurants and snack bars!
Dogs are welcome in touring and camping fields plus some of our own caravans to hire.
CARAVAN HOLIDAY HOMES
If you have not stayed in a caravan before or for a long time you must try it, you will be amazed of how homely they are. Some units can sleep up to 8 people and all homes are appropriately priced to suit all tastes and pockets. You can even bring your dog (in selected units). We also offer Holiday Homes specially adapted for wheelchair access.
All our holiday homes are equipped to a very high standard with colour tv, fridge, cooking facilities, microwave, bedding, shower, toilet, heating, gas, electricity, VAT and parking for one vehicle are all included in the hire fees. We even make your beds ready for your arrival so you can come and relax from the outset. We will also leave you facilities to make tea and coffee.

CAMPING AND TOURING
You can bring your own caravan or tourer if you like and opt for a standard or fully serviced pitch. Family camping is also a popular choice – either rent a tent from us or bring your own if you prefer.
Our choice of touring pitches include grass serviced with electric hook up, hard standing or if you prefer a standard grass pitch with no electric hook up.
We have 3 field areas you can choose from depending where you want to be on the resort. All fields have modern brick built amenity facilities featuring showers, baths, toilet and washing facilities with the luxury of heated floors. There are adjoining laundry and wash-up facilities. Disabled facilities also available. Each field has its own wardens to look after you and assist you and they will greet you on arrival and allocate your pitch.
The use of showers, baths and hot water is all FREE. All amenity blocks have a coin operated laundry and dish wash up areas.
Dogs Welcome in touring and camping fields, we try to keep a dog free area on yellow field where possible
