A car has been left completely gutted following a fierce fire in Berrow.
Burnham-On-Sea fire crews were called to Red Road, Berrow following a road traffic collision.
One crew from Burnham-On-Sea, one crew from Bridgwater and a specialist rescue tender from Taunton attended.
“The crews discovered the vehicle well alight and got to work using two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet and extinguished the fire,” said a fire spokesman.
Police are investigating the incident, which took place on December 28th, and said the driver is understood to have escaped without injury.
