Firefighters were called to tackle a blaze in Burnham-On-Sea on Friday evening (January 8th).
Crews were called out at 7.25pm to a property in Love Lane where a chimney was reported to be on fire.
One fire appliance from Burnham-On-Sea station was mobilised to reports of a chimney fire which was quickly confirmed on arrival.
Crews used chimney gear to deal with the fire and a thermal imaging camera to check for hot spots.
