A new estate agent has opened in Burnham-On-Sea’s town centre this week.

Laurel and Wylde has opened at 5, High Street in Burnham, its second Somerset branch.

Owner Nick Puddy, 36, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We have been established in Cheddar for three and a half years and are delighted to have opened our second branch here in Burnham.”

“We are expanding the business and Burnham is the next logical place for us.”

“I know the area very well, having worked here for many years and grown up in Mark.”

The new Burnham branch is focusing on property sales initially and has a team of three able to help customers, including a mortgage assessor.

Nick adds: “The new branch is very different to existing estate agents, offering a ‘full marketing package’ for all properties.”

”That includes internet marketing on over 100 websites,  the main four property portals — Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location & On The Market — premium listings on all of those sites, a featured property listing on Rightmove, an interactive bi-weekly e-zine which features all of our properties, a monthly Life Magazine / Regional Magazine,  3D Floor-Plans and drone footage, all with no up-front marketing costs. These are just some of the products offered.”

Laurel & Wylde Estate Agents also offer a ‘no tie in period, zero week agreement’ to give customers peace of mind and more freedom to sell their properties.
