take-away celebrates five star food award

take-away
are celebrating this week after officially being told they offer
a 'five star' service.
Tasty
Bitez in Bank Street is one of only a handful of food businesses
to earn a coveted 5-star rating in Somerset's Food Scores scheme,
which assesses food hygiene and cleanliness.
Owner
Mustafa Aydenk, pictured, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "We're
delighted to be one of the first kebab shops to earn five stars
from this scheme. It's a good reward for all the hard work that's
being put in by our staff."
The
local Foodscores scheme is run by the Environmental Health Department
of Sedgemoor District Council, whose officers carry out regular
checks on food premises to assess food standards.
