"It was a scene of total carnage when we came in first thing
- such a senseless act of vandalism."
and playing equipment were smashed and ruined, and large amounts
of broken glass and beer bottles were strewn over the garden area."
"The children's planters, which are being using to grow
vegetables, were broken and gardening tools were snapped and storage
containers left damaged."
She added: "A small fire was even set deliberately on one
of the table tops, damaging the surface."
"Even some lovely plants which were recently bought by the
parents have been torn up and destroyed."
"I hope we can claim for the damage off our insurance, but
at the moment we are so disappointed that something like this
can happen - it's very disheartening. There's no reason for it
