TV
dance stars head to Highbridge for celebrity summer classes
Two
stars of BBC1's hit TV series Strictly Come Dancing and
So You Think You Can Dance will be coming to Highbridge
next month for several special dancing events.
Professional
dancer Camilla Dallerup, pictured right, who appeared on Strictly
Come Dancing for five years, will be visiting the Lucy Gunter
Dance and Theatre Arts Centre on Monday August 20th for several
dance classes with children aged 4-13.
And
Matt Flint, the 2011 winner of the BBC's So You Think You Can
Dance, will also be visiting the dance centre on Saturday
August 4th when he will be holding tap dancing workshops, boys
dancing workshops and Broadway jazz classes for children and adults.
Camilla
is best known for her appearances on Strictly Come Dancing,
where she appeared as a professional dancer from 2004 and won
the show in 2008, partnering Holby City actor Tom Chambers.
She also represented the UK at the first Eurovision Dance Contest
in 2009 and was a contestant on ITV's I'm a Celebrity...Get
Me Out of Here!
