Celebrating youngsters at Burnham-On-Sea Beavers marked the 25th anniversary of their group with a fun-filled party on Sunday (March 20th).
Over 45 children and leaders joined the special occasion at Burnham’s Scout HQ at the town’s BASC Ground where a range of games and activities was held.
“25 years is quite a milestone, so we wanted to do something special,” Beavers leader Mandy Williams told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“The children enjoyed an afternoon of fun, followed by a birthday tea when a big birthday cake was cut.”
She added that the 25th anniversary celebrations will continue throughout this year, with a fundraising sleepover and a carnival entry being planned.
