Eyes
to the skies as yachts get lifted into Brue at Burnham Sailing
Club

Eyes
were on the skies above Burnham-On-Sea this week (June 25th) when
a huge crane winched yachts from the sailing club into the River
Brue.
The
delicate operation to move a trimaran and two yachts was carried
out over several hours and took advantage of the calm weather
and high tide.
Towering
over the skyline of Burnham, the huge crane drew onlookers to
watch the specatacle,
which last happened back in April
at the start of this year's sailing season.
Many
of Burnham's boats will be taking part in this weekend's three-day
Sailing Regatta, which starts on Friday with an illuminated procession
of boats.
