unveils plans for 16 new homes on outskirts of Highbridge
 Plans
to build 16 new homes on the outskirts of Highbridge were unveiled
on Thursday (August 24th).
Chelvey
Homes has submitted a major planning application to demolish a
bungalow at 55a Huntspill Road and replace it with the new housing
development.
The
application is for 16 dwellings, plus the formation of parking
and access at the site. It is scheduled to be considered by planners
next month, although a final decision is not likley to be made
before November. The agent for the application is Property Link.
