Burnham-On-Sea
fire crew tackles 'deliberate' car fire at Brent Knoll
A
fire crew from Burnham-On-Sea was called to Wick Lane in Brent
Knoll on Thursday evening (June 12th) to tackle a deliberate car
blaze.
On
arrival, soon after 10.30pm, the firefighters confirmed that the
car was well alight next to the railway line.
A
fire brigade spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "The crews
extinguished the fire using one hose reel jet and compressed air
foam."
"The
cause of the fire is believed to be deliberate ignition - the
damage to the car was 100%."
